The discussion is usually on Saturday of the conference from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. or whatever will get us a one hour, early afternoon, time slot. We usually don't need more than one hour. The group in charge of the program sets a starting off topic for discussion though the discussion may move away from the topic. At the first of the meeting we usually give some short information about each group and how to get involved.
Some specifics: We usually ask for theater seating but usually reset the room in a circle. Usually no equipment is needed. Ask for a room for maybe 25 to 50 people.
